About the role
As a Quality & Regulatory Compliance (QRC) Investigator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. You’ll lead investigations into deviations, complaints, and non-conformances, identify root causes, and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Your expertise in aseptic compounding will be essential as you review techniques used by operators in the production of our products, ensuring it complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards

What you'll be doing

• Conduct thorough investigations into product and process deviations, complaints, and non-conformances.

• Identify root causes and initiate effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Collaborate with other departments to gather information, assess impact, and ensure investigations are completed thoroughly and on time

• Produce clear, accurate investigation reports.

What we're looking for

• 2–3 years’ experience in aseptic compounding (essential).

• Strong understanding of GMP and quality systems.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
