Your Impact

As Quality & Technical Manager, you’ll lead a passionate team to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. You’ll:

• Drive quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead research and development for new product innovations
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and customers
• Champion safety and wellbeing across all operations

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in Coil Coating, Paint industry or Steel industry would be an advantage
• Expertise in quality management systems & proven experience maintaining ISO 9001&14001 and gaining industry specific Certifications
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative approach and commitment to fostering an inclusive culture
