We are seeking a self-motivated Quality Control Officer preferably with experience in Health Supplement or F&B industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism with a can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Conduct routine in-process and finished product testing, monitor and verify manufacturing process;

• Perform incoming material sampling and verification; Organise environmental sampling and testing, review results for compliance;

• Prepare required documents (i.e. specification, production instruction, COA, etc) and manage control documents; ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping;

• Participate in calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments;

• Collaborate with production and QA teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and drive continuous improvement in product quality and safety. Support on-going quality improvements;

• Assist preparation for regulatory inspections and certification audits, including maintaining up-to-date quality records and supporting audit responses;

• Effectively implement and manage quality systems and ensure the production meets the highest quality and regulatory standards.

Skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualification in food science, food technology or related degree;

• 2+ years experience in quality assurance/ quality control role;

• Strong understanding of quality management systems, knowledge and experience in RMP, GMP, HACCP and FSANZ;

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy;

• Ability to work independently and unsupervised;

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written;

• Bilingual in English and Chinese would be an advantage but not a must.
