About the Role:
As an Operational Quality Engineer at AROA, you’ll help make sure our products are safe and meet standards. In this role, you will work with the manufacturing team to support quality and resolve issues as they arise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Review manufacturing batch records and release product in line with GMP, GDP, and internal quality requirements

• Provide on-site quality support to manufacturing, including inspections, labelling, and preparation of product

• Support investigations into quality issues and non-conformances, and help implement corrective actions

• Review and approve manufacturing-related quality documentation and ensure procedures are followed

• Provide guidance and training to support quality requirements within manufacturing

• Contribute to continuous improvement activities to strengthen quality processes and systems

What You’ll Bring:
A genuine commitment to quality, safety, and compliance and a relevant science or engineering degree. You will also bring:

• Around 3+ years in a similar role, ideally within medical device or pharmaceutical

• Working knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 820

• Experience with batch review, investigations, and Quality Management Systems

• Strong attention to detail with a practical, problem-solving approach

• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
