As they continue to grow, we’re looking for a QA/QC Specialist to help ensure every product meets their high standards of excellence.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Fulltime - Permanent role! As the QA/QC Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our quality systems, working across teams to resolve issues, support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Inspect raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier quality issues
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Maintain quality documentation, SOPs, and reporting
• Support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement
• Ensure quality processes integrate with HSE best practices

• Tertiary qualification in quality, engineering, or related field, or strong relevant experience
• Experience in manufacturing or quality-focused roles
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
