We’re looking for an organised and proactive Technical Co-ordinator to join our Measurement and Calibration team at Geotechnics. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating job bookings, and supporting the smooth running of our MCC and Sales groups.

You’ll work closely with our technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure everything runs efficiently and to the highest quality standards. If you’re a motivated team player who thrives in a busy and dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

• Provide outstanding day-to-day customer service to internal and external clients.
• Coordinate daily workload with the Adminstration Manager and job bookings using our internal business management software.
• Manage customer communications via phone calls and emails, responding in a timely manner.
• Assist with invoicing, quotations, and debtor management.
• Send monthly service reminders.
• Support the wider Geotechnics and GeoSales groups with phone cover and administrative tasks.

You'll bring excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, be very organised and a keen eye for detail. You’re someone who can work independently but also enjoys collaborating with others to find practical solutions.

Ideal Experience & Skills:

• 1-2 years’ customer service or administrative experience (preferred but not essential).
• Confident using computers and systems.
• Great written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
• General knowledge of debtors and invoicing.
• Valid restricted motor vehicle licence and ability to lift 15 kg regularly.
