Alimetry is a health technology company. We specialise in the design, development, and production of medical devices for diagnosis and interpretation of gastrointestinal motility. We are focused on next-generation solutions for gastric dysfunctions. Our mission is to decode the gut to transform care.
We are looking for a Commercial Operations Lead to join our team to provide direct commercial operational support to the Chief Business Officer (CBO) and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
About the role
Reporting to the CBO the primary focus of this critical, hands-on role is driving the execution of the company-wide strategy, communications, and key initiatives. It requires a proactive professional with strong project management, communication, and relationship management skills.
Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning Coordination: Coordinate the company-wide annual and quarterly strategic planning processes, managing timelines, organising review sessions, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Internal Communications: Support the CBO in developing and coordinating key internal communications to the Executive Team and the broader company, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and performance metrics.

Initiative Tracking: Coordinate the tracking, reporting, and maintenance of all critical, company-wide key initiatives.

Special Projects Management: Drive the execution and oversight of an assigned portfolio of variable-scope projects on behalf of the CBO and CEO.

Investor Relations Support: Providing essential support for fundraising rounds, including managing the Virtual Data Room (VDR) and coordinating investor logistics, scheduling, and materials preparation.
About You

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Science, Economics, or a related field.

At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in fast-growing tech, MedTech, or a regulated industry.

Experience working directly to support the CEO or other senior leaders.

Proven ability to manage or coordinate projects across different business teams.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace and can quickly learn new software.
