• Intermediate Data Engineer supporting enterprise data delivery

As an Intermediate Data Engineer, you’ll support the delivery of large‑scale data initiatives within a global organisation working across complex transformation programmes.

You’ll join a well‑established team with strong leadership, contributing hands‑on to data migration and data movement across modern cloud platforms.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys delivery work, getting close to the data, and continuing to build their technical capability rather than operating at an architectural level.

Key Responsibilities

• Support large data programmes including data migration, platform implementation, and data movement
• Build, maintain, and support data pipelines across cloud environments
• Work with data warehousing and data lake platforms
• Develop and work with data models to support analytics and downstream use cases
• Partner with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver data solutions
• Contribute to delivery across multi‑year transformation programmes

About You

• 3 - 7 years’ experience in a Data Engineer, Senior Data Analyst, or Data Consultant role
• Hands‑on experience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake and data lakes
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure
• Experience building pipelines and working with structured and semi‑structured data
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Informatica, Oracle, MongoDB, or other cloud databases
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Curious mindset with an appetite to learn, grow, and adapt
• Comfortable being hands‑on and delivery‑focused (this is not an architect role)
