Anglera is building AI agents that automatically turn messy vendor feeds, PDFs, images, and spreadsheets into clean, structured product data. It's a complex, high-leverage problem at the intersection of LLM orchestration, real-time data pipelines, and practical UX.
We're YC-backed, led by Stanford AI grads who built the catalog systems at Uber Eats. Today, we power enrichment workflows for millions of SKUs across 20+ major retailers and marketplaces, and we're scaling faster than ever.
We're looking for a high-agency GTM leader who wants to build the top of funnel from scratch, hunt down the right prospects, and create messaging that actually resonates with business buyers.
What You'll Do
- Own prospecting and outreach: research target accounts, craft personalized sequences, and book qualified meetings
- Hit the conference circuit: work trade shows, network with catalog managers and operations teams, and generate pipeline IRL
- Define our ICP through real conversations: talk to 100+ prospects, understand their data pain points, and refine our targeting
- Build outreach systems that scale: create email sequences, LinkedIn campaigns, and multi-touch cadences that convert
- Collaborate with the founding team: understand our tech deeply enough to have credible conversations with business buyers
- Track and optimize: measure response rates, meeting quality, and pipeline conversion - then iterate fast
Who We're Looking For
- You've done outbound sales to business buyers before (catalog managers, operations teams, procurement)
- You're tired of spray-and-pray outreach
- You prefer deep research, personalized messaging, and actually understanding the prospect's needs
- You love talking to ops teams about their data problems as much as executives about ROI
- You believe the best outreach feels like helpful consultation, not pushy sales
- You're curious, autonomous, and driven by meeting quality over meeting quantity
Must-Have Skills
- Experience with outbound prospecting to retail, e-commerce, or data-heavy verticals
- Strong with Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft, and CRM systems
- Comfortable at conferences and trade shows (NRF, eTail, Shoptalk, etc.)
- Bonus: Understanding of data workflows or technical product categories
- Willing to work in-person in San Francisco
