Help firms adopt AML at speed during a once in a generation compliance rollout

On 1 July, Australia’s Tranche 2 Anti Money Laundering laws take effect, requiring tens of thousands of law firms, real estate agencies, and accounting firms to implement AML compliance software for the first time. This is not optional. Firms must comply, and many are doing this for the first time ever.

This creates the opportunity of a lifetime for a hungry salesperson - extremely high inbound demand, and prospects have to buy a solution.

As demand is rapidly increasing, we are hiring an Account Executive to join our Sydney sales team and help handle this volume and convert demand at pace.

What you will do

  • Handle a steady flow of inbound and partner assisted leads.
  • Qualify prospects quickly and confidently.
  • Run short, practical product demos.
  • Guide prospects into free trials and follow up actively.
  • Close smaller deals at pace through a self serve checkout.
  • Hand customers to Customer Success once they sign up.
  • Share feedback from conversations to help improve messaging and conversion.

This role is focused on repetition, and execution rather than complex sales strategy - you will be closing multiple deals per week.

Who you will sell to

  • SME law firms

  • SME accounting firms

What you will bring

  • One to three years experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or a similar commercial role.
  • Comfort speaking to customers and running lots of conversations each day.
  • Energy, resilience, and strong follow through.
  • Clear communication and confidence on calls.
  • A bias for action rather than over analysis.
  • Hunger to learn, improve, and build a sales career.

Experience selling into legal, real estate, or accounting is a bonus, but not required. AML or compliance experience is not required - we will teach you.
