About the Role

Your mission is simple: start great conversations and get the right people into a Numa discovery workshop. You’ll be working a targeted prospect list, identifying decision makers, and using your phone skills and charm to turn cold calls into booked sessions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cold calling prospects across defined target markets

• Running personalised outreach sequences across calls, email, and LinkedIn

• Qualifying leads and booking workshop sessions for the senior team

• Keeping pipeline activity sharp and up to date in CRM

• Smashing weekly call and booking KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role

• Zero phone fear, you actually enjoy a cold call

• A natural, consultative communication style that builds trust fast

• Self starter who thrives working autonomously from home

• Melbourne-based (for the occasional team catch-up)
