Overview of the Position:

The Social Specialist serves as the catalyst for providing impactful social advertising solutions to ArchiPro's clients, enabling them to present their products and services to our actively engaged audiences across various social platforms.

As a Social Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating client advertising and content for social channels. This position demands a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of social marketing best practices. The Social Specialist will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and optimisation of social campaigns, driving engagement and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and target audience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs.
  • Manage and execute Social Media campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. in line with client objectives.
  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of compelling social content and advertisements.
  • Oversee the creation and editing of social content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging consistency.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to generate visually appealing and effective social campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to optimise social campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Implement basic ad setups for social media campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance campaign performance.
  • Implement social marketing best practices to maintain high engagement rates and client conversions.
  • Generate regular reports on the performance of social campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Client Campaign Lead to review campaign results and discuss strategies for future enhancements.

Ad Delivery SLAs:

  • Work within the established ad delivery service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and accurate execution of client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

Client Results:

  • Analyse and report on the performance of each ad type, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Craft monthly reports that feedback to Client Campaign Lead and wider Advertising team.
