The Role

As our Senior Lifecycle Marketer, your expertise and passion will be the driving force behind our customer retention success. You’ll have the unique opportunity to play a key role in our commitment to long-term customer relationships by improving user activation, product adoption, engagement, and retention through nurturing, targeted, and triggered communications and marketing campaigns.

We are looking for someone to join our marketing team who can research and use data to understand user lifecycle stages and build strong communication strategies to provide a smooth and personalised experience for ArchiPro clients that drives business growth.

By acting as a conduit between current customers and the marketing team, the Senior Lifecycle Marketer will ensure ArchiPro is always producing content that proactively satisfies customer’s needs.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fast-growing team, work cross-functionally, and leave your mark as the team scales up. We’re looking for a senior individual contributor who can own both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and manage lifecycle marketing strategies that activate, onboard, engage, educate, cross sell, and retain clients through the customer journey.
  • Drive the creation and execution of customer-focused campaigns, content and events.
  • Assist the Client Directors and Client Partnership Managers with complimentary marketing activity, including evaluations of existing customers on the types of content they’re engaging with, to cross and upsell them on products.
  • Ensure customers stay engaged with the brand, proactively satisfy their needs and queries through content, and make sure they’re the first to know about new features and opportunities to enhance their profiles performance.
  • The segmentation of customers for the purpose of delivering the most relevant and impactful messaging for each customer group.
  • Be the main voice on the marketing team who is closest to your current customers in order to address customer concerns within products and services.
  • Develop robust feedback loops in order to provide data to the product team to channel the development of new features and products that are attractive to current customers as well as preventing defection or competitor offerings.
  • Work with the data, product, operations and client success teams to develop amazing and consistent onboarding experiences.
