We are on a mission to simplify the end-to-end building experience and are looking for a Head of Marketing Consumer to join our team.

As the Head of Marketing Consumer, you will spearhead ArchiPro's endeavors to position ourselves as the go-to destination for homeowners around the world. You will strategise, develop, and execute B2C marketing campaigns that attract, nurture and resonate with our target audiences, and drive conversions.

In this role, you will craft and execute innovative global marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, overseeing campaigns from concept through execution. Reporting directly to the GM of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ArchiPro’s consumer-facing initiatives. Your responsibilities will involve a mix of strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution, with a focus on delivering measurable results that align with our growth objectives.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies that engage homeowners, increase brand awareness, and drive platform adoption.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, content, social media, and direct marketing, tailored to diverse international markets.
  • Audience Engagement: Craft compelling messaging and content strategies that resonate with homeowners globally, building a strong emotional connection with the brand.
  • Analytics and Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing approaches, improve user engagement, and maximize ROI on marketing expenditures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the B2B team, product, data, and customer success departments to ensure a cohesive brand strategy and user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Innovation and Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging tools and technologies to keep ArchiPro at the forefront of the home improvement market.
