Position Summary

ArchiPro's Commercial Team is the driving force behind the revenue that fuels our continuous product evolution in the architectural world. Our success is dependent on hiring top Client Directors who work hard, earn well and are obsessed with the idea of having an impact on making the world a better place to live in.

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Client (Account) Director to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of 50-80 clients, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction with our platform. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our supplier network.

Client Directors at ArchiPro are responsible for driving growth and top-line revenue while upholding the goal of every ArchiPro customer connection — delivering a great customer experience. This work includes strategic account planning, account development, relationship management, and platform and advertising performance management. You’ll work with business and technical teams across ArchiPro, including those in Advertising, Marketing, Platform and Product, collaborating to solve client problems and ensure success for ArchiPro and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and liaison between Archipro and our clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews with suppliers to assess their performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Develop tailored strategies for each client to enhance their presence and engagement on our platform, including marketing initiatives, content creation, and promotional activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring alignment with Archipro’s strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities that enable clear, concise, and compelling interactions across diverse client profiles. Demonstrated skill in translating complex digital marketing and platform concepts into easily understandable language. Strong ability to construct persuasive narratives that highlight the value proposition of ArchiPro's services. Adept at tailoring communication style to different client needs, from technical deep-dives to high-level strategic discussions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of advertising and digital marketing, comfortable with digital platforms and self-service models, data analysis skill and a tech-savvy approach to client management.
