The Role
As Growth & Partnership Director, you will be responsible for expanding the ArchiPro ecosystem by bringing the best brands and the most respected architects and designers into the marketplace.
This is a senior acquisition role, but it is not transactional sales.
Your job is to identify, engage, and secure partnerships with high-quality product brands and design professionals that belong on ArchiPro, those who care about design integrity, credibility, and long-term impact. You will be a hunter by nature, but one with strong judgment, taste, and the ability to build conviction with premium businesses and professionals alike.
You will work closely with senior leadership to grow revenue, deepen category strength, and strengthen the professional network that fuels the ArchiPro marketplace. Every partnership you secure improves the quality of the platform, enhances the user experience, and reinforces ArchiPro’s position as the industry’s most trusted destination.

What You’ll Do
Own growth across both sides of the marketplace, securing high-value brands, architects, and designers that align with ArchiPro’s vision and standards
Build and execute a clear acquisition strategy that delivers consistent monthly growth and long-term ecosystem value
Actively curate the marketplace by prioritising quality, relevance, and reputation, not just volume
Lead commercial and partnership conversations end-to-end, from strategic outreach through to close
Use platform data and performance insights to clearly articulate value, credibility, and ROI to prospective brands and professionals
Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, founders, and principals across the design and building industry
Stay deeply connected to industry trends, emerging practices, and shifts in how architects and designers specify products
Consistently meet and exceed personal and team KPIs while contributing to broader growth initiatives
How You’ll Show Up
Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, client services, product and leadership
Contribute to improving acquisition processes, tools, and go-to-market strategy
Represent ArchiPro with confidence, credibility, and professionalism in every interaction
Operate with integrity, clarity, and accountability in all commercial and professional partnerships
Experience & Capability
7+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial growth roles
Experience working with architects, designers, premium brands, or creative industries is highly valued
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to manage complex, high-value negotiations
Genuine interest in, or existing understanding of, architecture, design culture, and premium brands
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders, founders, and principals
Data-literate and comfortable using CRM and performance insights to drive decisions
