We are on a mission to simplify the end-to-end building experience and are looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
About the Role
This role exists to support Partnerships Directors by owning the operational, performance, and day-to-day execution required to deliver an exceptional client experience at scale.
At ArchiPro, Partnerships Directors focus on strategic relationships, growth, and revenue. Account Managers are the engine that ensures clients are set up correctly, supported consistently, and performing on the platform. You'll work closely with Client Directors, Advertising, Marketing, and Product teams to help suppliers get the most value from ArchiPro, improving profile quality, campaign execution, reporting, and ongoing optimisation.This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, commercially aware, and confident working directly with clients while operating behind the scenes to keep accounts running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Client Support & Account Execution
Act as a day-to-day support contact for a portfolio of supplier accounts, working alongside Client Directors
Support onboarding, platform setup, profile optimisation, and content loading
Ensure client profiles, campaigns, and advertising placements are accurate, live, and optimised
Respond to client queries efficiently and escalate strategic or commercial issues to Client Directors where required
Performance & Reporting
Prepare performance summaries and reports for client reviews (engagement, visibility, leads, impressions, etc.)
Track account health signals and flag risks or opportunities early
Support quarterly and monthly review preparation with data, insights, and recommendations
Platform & Advertising Support
Assist with campaign briefings, changes, and optimisation across ArchiPro advertising products
Help clients understand how to use the platform effectively and self-manage where appropriate
Translate platform features and performance data into clear, practical guidance for clients
Internal Coordination
Work closely with Advertising, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve issues and deliver outcomes
Maintain accurate CRM records and account notes
Support renewals, upgrades, and upsells through preparation and execution support
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Capability
3–6 years’ experience in account management, client services, media, advertising, or digital platforms
Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising performance, and data-led reporting
Comfortable working with platforms, dashboards, and performance metrics
Experience supporting senior account leads or sales/client directors is highly valued
Skills & Attributes
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator — clear, practical, and client-focused
Commercially minded and understands how client value links to retention and growth
Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through
Comfortable working across multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
