Now we’re looking for an Account Manager. Someone who likes people, likes solving problems, and likes keeping things moving.
The role, straight up
This role is about making things work.
Our Partnerships Directors focus on strategy, growth, and big conversations. You make sure the day-to-day delivery holds up. Clients are supported. Questions are answered. Accounts stay healthy. Nothing quietly breaks in the background.
You’ll work closely with Partnerships Directors, along with Advertising, Marketing, and Product teams, to support supplier partners on the platform, helping them understand how things work, what’s performing and what to do next.
It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal if you enjoy customer contact and want to build strong fundamentals in account management and platform performance.
What you’ll actually be doing
Client support & account delivery
Acting as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of supplier accounts
Supporting onboarding and platform setup where required
Keeping profile content accurate, current and aligned to ArchiPro best practice
Responding to client queries clearly and confidently, escalating strategic or commercial issues when needed
Customer health & platform performance
Supporting overall client health and retention
Monitoring platform performance against category benchmarks and expectations
Helping clients understand, adopt, and get value from platform features that support their business
Ensuring QBRs are prepared, current, and grounded in clear, meaningful performance data
Proactively identifying risks and opportunities early and helping address them
Internal coordination
Working closely with Advertising, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to keep accounts running smoothly
Maintaining clean, accurate CRM records and account notes
Supporting renewals, upgrades, and upsells through preparation and execution support
This role is for you if you…
Have around 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role - account support, customer engagement, media agency or publisher roles, sales, or customer management (experience in construction, design, or the built environment is a bonus, not a requirement)
Are familiar with HubSpot (or similar): you understand pipelines, tickets, and why good CRM hygiene matters
Like talking to customers. Not “can tolerate it” - genuinely like it
Can manage multiple requests without panicking or dropping standards
Pick things up quickly, ask smart questions and don’t wait to be told twice
