Digital Content Specialist
ArchiPro
Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand
ArchiPro is not just another platform. We're rebuilding how an entire industry operates.
Building and renovating has been fragmented, expensive and inaccessible for too long. We're changing that - and right now, we need someone to help us tell that story, every single day, across every screen it lands on.
Who this is for:
You're early. Maybe you just graduated. Maybe you're a year or two in and you've already outgrown what you're doing. Either way, you're somewhere in that 0-3 year window where the hunger is real, the curiosity is constant and you're open-minded enough to learn fast - but confident enough to back yourself when it counts.
What ArchiPro is actually building:
Every month, nearly half a million people use ArchiPro to find architects, designers, builders, products and inspiration for their building projects. Our clients - the professionals and brands who list on our platform - rely on us to show up brilliantly in front of that audience.
We'll be starting some real transformation. We're building toward a world where smart automation handles the repeatable, so our people can focus on the work that actually requires a human. As a Digital Content Specialist, you'll be at the centre of that shift - not just executing content, but growing into a role that becomes less about production volume and more about editorial thinking: understanding what hooks an audience, what makes someone stop scrolling, what content genuinely earns attention rather than interrupting it.
That's the direction. You'll be part of building toward it.
What you'll actually be doing:
You'll write client campaigns - emails, social posts and content that goes out in front of real audiences on behalf of real businesses. You'll build and send beautifully coded emails that render perfectly across every device. You'll pull content from the ArchiPro platform and turn it into posts that stop a scroll. You'll take briefs and design assets and bring them to life in Figma and Photoshop and in the AI tooling that we are creating.
You'll work directly with clients - and this matters. You're not just keeping campaigns accurate and on schedule. You genuinely care whether those campaigns perform. You want to know that the work you made moved the needle for someone's business. That obsession with results is what separates good content people from great ones, and it's exactly what we're looking for.
And here's the honest part: some of this work is repetitive. There are workflows. There are timelines. There are days where you'll be across fifteen things at once and the margin for error is zero.
The person who thrives here doesn't find that exhausting. They find it satisfying - because they care about the detail, they take pride in the craft, and they understand that doing the unglamorous things well is what earns the right to do the bigger things next.
What you'll need:
A marketing or communications degree - or the kind of experience that makes a degree irrelevant.
You're a genuine digital specialist. You live on the platforms, you understand how they actually work (not just how to post on them), and you've set up ads before. You understand why some content performs and some doesn't.
You write well. Not just correctly - well. Smart, warm and on-brand, without trying too hard.
You have a design eye. You're comfortable in Figma and Photoshop, and across the AI image generation tools that are changing how content gets made. You notice when something looks off and you care enough to fix it.
You communicate like a human. You're comfortable picking up the phone when an email thread is going in circles. You can be professional, warm and direct with a client - sometimes all in the same conversation.
You understand how content actually behaves on social platforms. You're familiar with the Hook model or similar frameworks - you think about attention, not just aesthetics.
You're genuinely curious about where AI and automation are taking the industry. Not in a vague way. You're already paying attention, already forming opinions.
You're always hungry for more. More knowledge, more craft, more understanding of what makes things work. You don't need to be chased to go deeper on something.
And you're obsessed - with the work, with the results, with making the next thing better than the last one.
Nice to have:
HubSpot or marketing automation experience. A Meta certification.
You'll thrive here if:
You genuinely love writing, design, detail and deadlines - not in spite of each other, but all at once.
You take real pride in work that's accurate, beautiful and performs. Not just one of those. All three.
You want to be part of something that's genuinely moving - a team building a better version of an industry that's needed it for a long time.
