Join Freeman Roofing in our newly established role, National Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator, based in Nelson. This new role is part-time (20 hours) and best suited to somebody based in the Nelson/Tasman region. Flexible work hours are available; however, as part of that, there is a requirement to spend regular hours working from our Nelson Support Office weekly. Salary is $40,000 per annum gross (full-time equivalent: $80,000).

The Role
Act as the central coordination point for marketing and sales support activities across all branches.
Coordinate and manage administrative processes for national client accounts.
Support the execution of joint business plans and marketing initiatives with key national partners, including trade shows, sponsorships, and promotional activity.
Ensure timely communication and disciplined administration across national account relationships.
Reduce administrative and marketing workload for branch managers, key account managers and client reps, enabling greater focus on frontline sales activity.
Support sales teams with tools, collateral, and coordination to improve customer engagement and conversion.
Marketing Execution & Brand Management
Coordinate and execute regional and national marketing initiatives in collaboration with branch managers and key account managers.
Maintain and enforce brand standards to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and branch activities, mitigating brand drift and dilution.
Develop and distribute external communications, including newsletters and campaign messaging.
Build and manage Freeman Roofing’s presence across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Manage and continuously improve the company website and third-party platforms (e.g., Freeman Roofing’s Archipro profile).
Develop, maintain, and optimise a suite of sales brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty
Administer and develop the Steelpoints loyalty programme, including onboarding, issue resolution, and platform optimisation to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Supplier & Cost Management
Coordinate with external marketing and merchandise suppliers to ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
