About the Opportunity:
This Chief Financial Officer role partners closely with an ambitious CEO and leadership team to shape strategy and improve financial clarity in a fast-moving environment. You will help transition ArchiPro from entrepreneurial growth to a more structured, scalable global operation—without losing momentum. You will own the finance function and act as a key partner to the CEO and executive team across strategy, growth, and performance.

This role goes beyond finance you will have influence over how the business runs day to day.

- Building the architecture to support international expansion
- Strengthening governance, controls, and capital readiness
- Improving financial visibility and decision-making across the business
- Influencing broader operations, bringing structure, alignment, and accountability
- Building a high-performing finance function that is scalable, lean, and nimble

What You’ll Bring:
You are an experienced CFO with breadth not just strong finance capability, but exposure across operations, HR, legal, or broader business leadership.
- Experience in fast-growth technology environments (SaaS or marketplace)
- A track record of bringing structure without slowing momentum
- Strong commercial judgement and strategic capability
- Calm authority in high-growth, high-change environments
- Confidence operating closely with founders and entrepreneurial leadership teams
