What you'll do:
As an SDR at AskNicely, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your goal? Start meaningful conversations, qualify leads, and build a healthy pipeline for our Account Executives. Your role will involve:
- Target Account
- Multi-threading
- Cold Calling
- Email Sequence
- Cadence
Who you are:
- Proficient in prospecting techniques: Cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Build rapport and champion AskNicely’s value proposition.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented: Maintain a transparent report of all channel communications with your prospects to provide clear, accurate, and thorough information when scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment: Embrace challenges, learn quickly, and demonstrate a growth mindset.
- 1+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you know how to get to the point and keep people engaged.
- Curiosity and resilience—you’re not afraid of hearing “no” and see every outreach as a learning opportunity.
- A self-starter mindset with strong time management skills and a bias toward action.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
