Our customers include some of the world's biggest names, featuring artists like Taylor Swift, Paul McCartney, Post Malone, Elton John, RUFUS DU SOL, ODESZA, and Flume. We are an early-stage B2B SaaS technology startup and have raised $12m in funding.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Product Designer/Product Manager to join our team. In this unique role, you will not only shape the user experience and design of our platform but also drive the strategic direction and management of product features from conceptualization to market launch, adoption, and post-launch optimization.

As a key member of our early-stage startup team, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial outcomes and ensuring the success of our products. The ideal candidate will be a true generalist, comfortable wearing multiple hats in a scrappy startup environment, and able to contribute across both design and product management disciplines.

🔥 What will you do?

• Product Design:
  • Design new features and refine existing ones to deliver delightful experiences for our users and create impactful business outcomes.
  • Take high-level concepts and collaborate with our team to turn them into features, and at other times, be provided with more specific requirements.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff from design to engineering, ensuring designs are fully development-ready, along with documenting product requirements.
  • Review and test features before they get deployed to production, ensuring features are shipped as they were intended to be designed.
• Product Management:
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of features, from ideation, through development, to post-launch analysis and iteration.
  • Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business objectives and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and data to inform future product decisions and optimizations.
    
    

✅ You are someone who:

• Has 3-5 years of experience in product design and/or product management for a SaaS/technology company, preferably a startup.
• Has taste & style and a passion for creating beautiful, user-friendly products.
• Is open-minded, enjoys working collaboratively, but is equally able to work independently.
• Is a strong communicator, autonomous, and proactive.
• Is highly organized, with a high attention to detail.
• Is willing to get close to our customers to deeply understand their pain points and needs.
• Is able to work from our office in Redfern, Sydney.
• Has a strong portfolio that you are able to share with us, demonstrating both design and product management capabilities.
