Audience Republic is an all-in-one CRM & marketing platform for events & venues. Our customers include some of the world's biggest names, featuring artists like Taylor Swift, Paul McCartney, Post Malone, Elton John, RUFUS DU SOL, ODESZA, and Flume. We are an early stage b2b SaaS technology startup and have raised $12m in funding.

The Role

As a Founder Intern - GTM, you will work directly with the founder and senior leadership to drive the execution of our go-to-market strategy. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the inner workings of a high-growth tech company. You’ll play a key role in helping scale our marketing, sales, and customer acquisition efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct research on potential markets, customers, and competitors to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Strategy Development: Assist in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement campaigns that drive customer acquisition.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to help improve product-market fit, inform pricing strategies, and optimize user acquisition efforts.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand customer needs, track feedback, and improve the overall experience.
  • Growth Experiments: Design and run growth experiments to improve key metrics like engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Project Management: Lead or assist in GTM projects, including launch initiatives for new features or product updates.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations for the founder and leadership team, summarizing insights, trends, and results.

Qualifications

  • Current university student or recent graduate with a focus in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Passionate about technology, startups, and growth marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience in marketing, sales, or startups is a bonus.
