The Role
As an Intern - Founder Support & Special Projects, you will work closely with the founder and senior leadership, playing a pivotal role in executing key strategic and operational initiatives. This is an unparalleled opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced environment of a high-growth startup. You’ll be involved in special projects, drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and provide direct support to the founder in both administrative and strategic capacities. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, a self directed learner, and comfortable working independently to solve problems from first principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Special Projects: Lead and execute high-priority projects across various departments, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and timely delivery of outcomes.
- GTM Support: Contribute to the execution of go-to-market strategies, including campaign coordination, performance tracking, and supporting both sales and marketing initiatives.
- Founder Support: Provide comprehensive support to the founder, including preparing reports, creating presentations, and facilitating communication across teams.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to help shape strategic decisions.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to gather and analyze feedback, helping to optimize the customer experience and drive product improvements.
- Data & Reporting: Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to provide insights that inform leadership’s strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Current university student or recent graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizstional, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for startups, technology, and scaling businesses.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Google Docs, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), and project management tools is advantageous.
- Prior experience in startups, marketing, or operations is a bonus but not essential.
