The Opportunity

In 2026, a key strategic milestone is to establish a partnership Channel. Over the last 12 months, we've assessed that it's now time to further invest in partnerships. We’re looking for someone to develop, own, and grow partnerships across APAC.

Reporting to the VP of Revenue and Growth, you’ll be the first dedicated partnerships manager in the business, with real ownership of strategy, relationships, and results. The key objective is to acquire new partners and accelerate revenue and customer growth for both the partners and Authsignal, and build a partnership strategy from the ground up.

You’ll work alongside our GTM and sales teams to nurture existing relationships, drive partner growth, and identify new opportunities that accelerate Authsignal’s strategic goals in APAC. If you’ve been waiting for a role where your work genuinely shapes the business, this is it.

Location: Melbourne or Sydney · Hybrid · APAC travel required

What you'll do

  • Build the foundations of the partnerships function — processes, playbooks, and frameworks that scale.
  • Take full ownership of partner account management across the APAC region
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand existing partnerships and identify new reseller and referral opportunities
  • Acquire and onboard resellers — from first contact through to signed agreement
  • Enable partners to successfully bring customers on board, carrying revenue quotas tied to partner-sourced deals
  • Collaborate closely with GTM and sales leadership to align partner activity to Authsignal’s strategic goals
  • Travel frequently across APAC to build and maintain world-class partner relationships

What you'll bring

  • 2 or more years of experience across partnerships, partner enablement, and enterprise sales and relationship management.
  • At least 1 year in partnerships management with demonstrated experience in acquiring resellers and executing agreements.
  • Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development
  • Comfort with CRM and project management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you move fast and make good decisions from first principles
  • Excellent communication skills that enable close working relationships with key leaders internally and externally
