Our digital growth engine needs proven experts at the wheel, as we accelerate into new markets, new channels, and new levels of growth.

The role:

As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be accountable for acquisition and have a broader marketing role running projects in our dynamic team:

  • You’ll own the ecommerce acquisition engine end-to-end: setting strategy, directing agencies, and making the calls that turns marketing spend into measurable growth.

  • You’ll drive our digital marketing strategy, deciding where every dollar goes and ensuring campaigns connect seamlessly into our website and customer journeys.

  • You’ll live in the numbers: CAC, ROAS, LTV, and know how to bend them in our favour.

  • You’ll also love diversity and solving other marketing challenges within a team environment

This is not a “set and forget” role! You’ll be comfortable getting in the weeds with agency partners, pushing for sharper performance every week. You’ll know when to cut spend, when to double down, and how to connect paid traffic into seamless journeys with our CX and Lifecycle teams.

There's no such thing as a typical day in a start-up! Some things you might work on day-to-day include:

  • Reviewing performance dashboards daily, and deciding where to double down or cut back

  • Briefing agencies on Meta, Google, TikTok or Amazon campaigns and holding them accountable for real outcomes

  • Aligning and optimising creative to maximise outcomes

  • Partnering with our CX Manager to ensure traffic lands on pages built to convert

  • Leveraging the latest in digital tools and insights to grab every advantage

  • Running campaign reviews that sharpen our playbook week by week

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 2+ years in performance marketing, with real commercial results to show for it

  • A Bachelor degree in multimedia is required

  • A thirst for the future – what’s new and what should we trial and adopt

  • Well-rounded marketing expertise spanning strategy and execution

  • A proven record driving CAC down, ROAS up, and LTV higher

  • First-hand fluency with paid media, attribution, and marketplace optimisation

  • The confidence to hold agencies to account and raise their game

The deal:

This is a 2 year fixed term contract.
