Role summary

To compliment our software, we are expanding our offering to include fund administration services. As one of the first hires into the fund administration team you will be hands on working with clients to deliver our services, but also have the unique opportunity to work with our C-suite to establish our operational processes, service offering and help build out our team.
You'll be working in an entrepreneurial environment where agility and resourcefulness are highly valued. This role is ideal for someone ambitious who is looking to grow into a lead role within our fast growing business.

What you'll do:

Investor Onboarding & AML: Oversee the onboarding process for our Clients’ investors, including conducting KYC procedures in line with our clients' AML/CFT programme.
Investor Communications: Manage basic investor queries or requests for information on behalf of our clients, providing timely and professional responses.
Transaction Execution and Supervision: Execute and oversee fund transactions, including subscriptions, capital calls, redemptions, transfers, and distributions.
Client Reporting: Provide clients with regular, defined reporting to help provide them with transparency as to our service offering, and their data.
Data Integrity: Maintain and update accurate records. Perform regular reconciliations and audits on behalf of clients.
Client Relationship Cultivation: Cultivate relationships with key client staff to understand their requirements and exceed their expectations in providing support. Act in capacity as part of the customer success team as needed.
Service Improvement: Work closely with our developers to identify and implement improvements and new functionality to increase the efficiency of the service offering.

What we're looking for:

Experience in AML roles, with a good understanding of AML legislation.
Background in fund management or registry operations is a plus.
A detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with an eye for identifying risks and opportunities in fund operations.
Demonstrated success in building and sustaining solid client relationships, with a focus on driving client satisfaction.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
A client-focused mindset, passionate about delivering superior service experiences and exceeding client expectations.
