The Opportunity

Our Growth Segment clients are the most ambitious companies in the world: VC-backed startups hiring brilliant people wherever they find them. You'll be the person those operators call, and the owner of every startup relationship from the day they sign, through every hire, every new market, every renewal. When a client's engineer lands in San Francisco or their team doubles across three countries, that's your account doing what you built it to do.

About Concord

We exist so that exceptional people and companies can work wherever their ambition takes them.

Concord is a specialist immigration firm built for the speed and complexity of high-growth tech. We've already processed 3,000+ visas across US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK for clients like Andreessen Horowitz, Blackbird, Tracksuit, and Zuru, and we're just getting started.

We spun out of Crimson Education because we saw an industry ripe for reinvention. Our founding team has built and scaled companies before; now we're combining that operator DNA with purpose-built technology to make global mobility seamless and transparent.

Most immigration firms still run on tired email chains and clunky shared drives, which means slow processes, opaque timelines, and a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth. We built our own platform to kill all of that. Our custom-built app gives applicants real-time visibility into their case and automates the admin so our highly experienced legal team can focus on the high-judgement work that moves cases forward.

We hire ambitious problem-solvers who choose ownership over complacency. If you want a seat at a startup where you ship things that matter, keep reading.

About the Role

You'll own the high-growth startup segment end-to-end. Our high-growth startup employer accounts are yours: you run onboarding, hold the relationship, own renewals, and grow the account as your clients scale. Our Legal Services team delivers the visa case work - world-class and highly experienced - while you make everything around it feel fast, clear, and effortless. You're the commercial owner and the client's point of contact; they should never wonder who to call.

This is a role with real leverage. Growth startups don't need visas once - they need them every time they raise, expand, or find the perfect candidate on the wrong continent. Your job is to be so far ahead of those moments that clients never think about going anywhere else.

Success looks like: a book of accounts that renews, grows, and refers - and clients who describe working with Concord as the easiest part of scaling internationally.

What you'll do

  • Onboarding - Run a structured, fast onboarding for every new startup account: platform set-up, stakeholder mapping, and an immigration roadmap tied to their hiring plan. First impressions set the tone for the whole relationship.
  • The relationship - Be the single point of contact for founders, talent leads, and people teams; keep accounts warm between cases, not just during them.
  • Renewals & retention - Own the MSA renewal cycle and revenue retention across your book, spotting risk early and acting before it becomes churn.
  • Expansion - Track every client's trajectory: fundraises, market entries, hiring surges, and get the next visa conversation started before they ask.
  • The bridge to Legal - Hand cases to our legal team cleanly and translate their progress into client-friendly updates, so timelines never feel opaque.
  • The startup ecosystem - Support our partnerships motion by converting and retaining portfolio referrals, and feed segment insights back to product and GTM.
  • Product improvement & iteration - Be the client's voice inside Concord: channel feedback from your accounts to our product team and work with them to ship improvements that make managing immigration feel genuinely delightful.

Who we're looking for

You'll thrive at Concord (regardless of the role) if:

  • You're energised by pace and ambiguity, not paralysed by it. When something's hard or unclear, your instinct is to figure it out rather than wait for instructions.
  • You communicate with clarity and precision, whether the audience is a nervous applicant, a time-poor CEO, HR Executive, or a room full of people who know nothing about immigration.
  • You're wired for outcomes. You don't confuse being busy with being effective.
  • You're curious by default. You experiment with new tools, challenge existing processes, and consider "we've always done it this way" a poor excuse.

To succeed in this role you'll also need:

  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, or client services in a B2B environment - SaaS, professional services, or startup-facing.
  • A track record of commercial ownership: you've carried renewal, retention, or growth outcomes, not just relationship health scores.
  • The ability to run many fast-moving accounts at once without dropping detail.
  • Crisp, confident communication with founders and executives - including delivering hard timeline news well.
  • Process discipline: documentation, CRM hygiene, and relentless follow-through.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have worked in immigration, global mobility, HR, or another fast-paced service.
  • Have an existing network in the startup and VC ecosystem, or HR communities.
  • Have managed accounts across multiple markets or time zones.
  • Know your way around CRM/CSPs (e.g. Hubspot, Vitally).

Why you'll love working at Concord

  • Your work changes lives, and you'll get to see it happen. It's rare to work somewhere the impact is this tangible. You'll help a founder land in San Francisco and later watch them announce their Series A. You'll help a brilliant operator relocate for the role of a lifetime, and see their journey evolve from there. The impact here isn't abstract. You can trace a direct line from what you did to a company scaling or a person's career trajectory changing for the better.
  • You'll grow faster here than anywhere else. We're early-stage and scaling fast, which means you'll get exposure and responsibility that would take years to earn at a larger organisation. We prefer to stretch people into opportunities early - leadership and strategy roles open up as we grow, and we'd rather promote from within than hire from outside. You'll also have access to development opportunities across our parent company, Crimson Education, where 33% of all hires last year were internal moves.
  • We're high trust, and high ownership. Everyone at Concord holds equity through the Crimson Education ESOP scheme. When the company wins, you win. Day-to-day, that ownership mindset extends to how you work: we're office-first but flexible around the edges. If you need to shift your morning for school drop-off or block out an afternoon for focused work - that's your call. We hired you for your judgement, we're not going to micromanage how you use it.
  • The people here are the reason it works. We're a small team of experienced operators from companies like Tracksuit, Snowball Effect, Crimson, and Hectre, many of whom are immigrants themselves. We've sat on both sides - as the person navigating a visa process, and the one trying to hire across borders. That lived experience means we hold ourselves to a higher standard, because we know what's at stake. We're tightly collaborative, we challenge each other constantly, and everyone here is expected to contribute at the level the work demands - no bystanders.

Everyone's welcome

Concord Visa is built on the belief that moving countries should be possible for everyone. We bring that same philosophy to our own team. We welcome applications regardless of ethnicity, gender identity, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. And yes, for the right person, we'll sponsor your visa. We know a thing or two about that.

How we hire

  1. You apply: Submit your application. You'll also need to answer a handful of questions which help us narrow down your alignment with Concord & the role.
  2. Intro call (20 min): Mutual fit chat to get to know you better. We'll answer your questions too.
  3. Work sample (90 min): A realistic task so you can show us how you think. We'll ask you to run through the exercise and record a loom for our review.
  4. Final conversation (60 min): Deep-dive on your work sample, your experience, our plans, and whether we're a good fit for one another.
  5. Offer: References, then a call to talk numbers and start dates.
