🛠 Essential Skills:
Strong technical aptitude, with experience in cloud-based applications and API integrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to guide users through onboarding and adoption.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- SaaS product implementation, system integration, and data migration (3-5 years)
- Procurement or supply chain industry expertise (2-4 years).
- Project management, including milestone tracking and timely delivery (2-3 years).
- Experience supporting RFx responses and pre-sales activities (1-2 years) is a bonus.
⚙️ Essential Responsibilities:
Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring seamless setup, data migration, and system integration.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout onboarding, implementation, and support phases.
- Conduct training sessions to help customers adopt key platform features and ensure long-term success.
- Collaborate with the sales team on RFx submissions and pre-sales product demonstrations.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team, influencing future product development.
- Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting issues, and escalating more complex problems when needed.
