🚀 Summary:

You’ve built sourcing strategies. You’ve driven change across complex, high-stakes categories. Now it’s time to take that experience and turn it into something bigger: helping teams procure the way you always wanted.

At Cotiss, we’re looking for Managers, Heads, and VPs of Procurement who want a new challenge – to become Product Managers. If you understand the pain points, the bottlenecks, and the politics of procurement, you’re already halfway there. We’ll teach you product – what we can’t teach is lived procurement experience.

This role is a chance to help reshape how the world’s most critical industries buy.

🌟 Who We Are:

Cotiss is not just another software company. Though we’re in our early stages, our mission is bold: be the world's most used vendor platform for project-based industries

We launched Cotiss because we saw a significant shift in how people buy. The landscape of procurement was beginning to transform, and we recognized the need for critical industries to provide a vendor experience that was ten times better.

Our vision became clear: Faster, smarter procurement for project-based industries. These are the people that enable us to travel, keep us safe and connect us to each other. We are dedicated to empowering them to thrive in a sustainable and modern way. Where these organizations choose to spend their money is the way they can make the biggest impact on the world - it means better water, better roads, better outcomes. We’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Blackbird Ventures (investor into Canva, SafteyCulture, Culture Amp), 645 Ventures (Order, Fiscal Note), GTM fund (Vanta, Pocus, Munity) and Icehouse Ventures (Halter, Partley, Tracksuit).

🔍 Why Join Cotiss:

If you’ve ever thought, “if only someone built procurement software that worked the way it should,” this is your chance to be that someone. Additionally, we offer:

  • Equity ownership – be part of the upside.

  • Great benefits including Insurance, 401k matching, 4 weeks paid leave, 10 days sick leave, duvet days, L&D budget

  • A once-in-a-career opportunity to shape an industry-defining platform.

Where an organization chooses to spend their money is one of the most effective ways they can make an impact in the world - and that impact can be widespread driving innovation, environmental or social change.

The impact of the work you do today could be career-defining and will change the world for the better. Join us and be part of a company that empowers its clients and employees alike.

💻 About the Role:

This isn’t a step sideways. It’s a step up. You’ll still be listening to stakeholders, writing requirements, and managing deliverables – only now, you’ll be building the product that changes procurement itself. We’re looking for people who:

  • Have lived experience in strategic sourcing.

  • Come from project-based or high-risk industries (energy, telecommunications preferred, but transferable skills welcomed).

  • Can translate procurement pain into product opportunity.

  • Want to shape software that they wish they had.

🛠 What You’ll do

  • Turn your procurement know-how into scalable product features.

  • Champion the voice of procurement inside a product-led company.

  • Define requirements, scope deliverables, and prioritize roadmaps.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to solve real procurement problems.

  • Work directly with customers – procurement teams like the ones you’ve led or worked with.

  • Push us to “procure the way you always wanted.”

⚙️ What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing.

  • 5+ years in procurement (Manager, Head, VP level).

  • Track record in industries where getting it wrong is expensive or critical (energy, telco, infra, utilities, gov).

  • Curiosity and courage to learn product management – we’ll teach you the tools, frameworks, and methods.

📈 Career Progression:

At Cotiss, your career path can be as dynamic as you desire. As we grow there are multiple pathways you can take. This is a launchpad. You’ll start in product, but as Cotiss grows, so do your options – from senior product leadership to strategy, to shaping an entire category. You’ll own part of Cotiss as we grow.

👉 Apply today and help us rewrite procurement.
