About your role

This is an exciting mid-level role for someone ready to roll-up their sleeves and help design the very processes that will take DataMasque to the next stage of global growth. You'll work across both sales and marketing, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and become a key connector between our go-to-market teams. What you'll do

  • Campaign management: co-ordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social and partner channels. Track performance, repot results and recommend optimisation
  • Events & webinars: assist with the planning and delivery of trade events and industry conferences globally and support the end-to-end delivery of online events & webinar
  • AWS Partner & Marketplace support: manage AWS Marketplace listings and ACE (AWS Customer Engagement) activities, including marketing development funding applications, reporting, and opportunity and lead management. Support other strategic partner initiatives as we expand our ecosystem
  • Be the go-to person for sales/marketing tools a we scale. You'll help own day-to-day Hubspot operations, campaign setup, dashboards and reporting. Collaborate with sales to optimise pipeline management and deal tracking
  • Process administration: create and refine internal workflows, documentation and best practices that set us up for long-term success
  • Sales & customer support: assist with new customer and partner onboarding, ensuring smooth hand-offs and an exceptional first impression

About you

  • 2-4+ years experience in marketing co-ordination, sales or office support, ideally in a B2B Saas or tech company
  • Strong organisational skills with a knack for juggling multiple projects at once
  • Confident with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Hubspot experience is a big plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who enjoys building processes from scratch and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
