We're looking for a talented Quality Engineer to join our team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards through hands-on testing, supported by automation where appropriate. You'll collaborate across the team throughout the SDLC, being involved in planning through to deployment to make a meaningful impact on our product quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing across our product suite
• Perform API testing to ensure functionality and reliability
• Execute thorough UI/UX testing for all our products
• Assist in enhancing our test automation capabilities
• Document issues and testing processes using Jira and Confluence
• Collaborate closely with developers to address quality issues
• Work with the Design and Product teams to understand business requirements
• Promote quality practices within the broader team

Must haves:

• Strong hands-on testing experience across different platforms and devices (Web, Mobile)
• Extensive experience with API testing
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and approaches
• Knowledge of cloud services, particularly AWS
• Experience working with tools such as Postman, Proxyman/Charles Proxy, Xcode, Android Studio, RDMS (Postico or similar)
• Comfortable using project management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Sharp analytical thinking abilities
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Great communication skills

Education:
