Extraordinary is a high-growth, venture-backed Auckland B2B FinTech scaling a product that actually sells. We have real inbound demand and Tier 1 clients like Air New Zealand, PwC, and Spark.
We are looking for an early-career commercial operator who is smart, commercially curious, and hungry to master enterprise selling.
What You Will Do
Full-Cycle Pipeline Ownership

Inbound Velocity: Own the conversion of 50+ high-intent MQLs per week. You aren't cold-calling the phone book; you are responding to active signals.

Strategic Outbound: Architect your own outbound "plays" using Apollo, LinkedIn, and CRM signals. We don't do mass-blasts; we do AI-augmented, hyper-personalised outreach.

Closing & Extension: Own the full sales cycle for SME and Mid-Market deals. For Enterprise accounts, you will partner with the CEO/CRO to "hunt whales," earning a seat at the table for New Zealand's biggest deals.

The AI Feedback Loop: You aren't just using tools; you are helping us build the "Revenue Engine." If you find a way to automate a research task or improve a conversion trigger, we implement it immediately.
AI-Native Is Not Optional
You will be expected to use AI daily to:

Research prospects and analyse complex deal signals.

Improve outreach quality and personalise at scale.

Prepare for high-stakes calls and iterate on your own performance.

Contribute to our internal automation workflows—we want builders, not just users (try the AI Sales agent on our website.)

Compensation
-
Base Salary: $75,000
-
OTE: $200,000+ (Uncapped)
Commission Math: This OTE isn't a "theoretical maximum"—its a reflection of our high ACV (Annual Contract Value) and a commission structure that rewards high-velocity closers. You will earn significant commissions on independent closes and "origination" kickers for enterprise wins. Success here leads directly to Senior AE or Head of Growth roles as we scale.
