VP of Sales
FileInvite
FileInvite VP of Sales
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a trailblazing VP of Sales to lead our U.S. expansion, with a focus on commercial lenders and financial institutions. Based in Denver (or willing to travel), you’ll be the driving force behind launching and scaling our sales efforts in the U.S. — building the team, landing key accounts, and laying the foundations for long-term growth.
FileInvite is a Kiwi-founded SaaS company with 8 years of proven success helping financial institutions simplify document collection. Now, we’re bringing our expertise stateside — and we need a sales leader who’s ready to own the market, shape the story, and make big things happen.
This is a high-impact role for a builder — someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands B2B SaaS, and is excited to shape our North American presence.
You’ll thrive here if you love autonomy, think like a founder, and want to make a tangible impact from day one. This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose-driven company at the beginning of a bold new chapter — with the backing of a tested product and a global team that knows how to hustle.
About Us
As a people-first company, our purpose is simple: to Improve Lives. Our product streamlines the lending process, making it easier, safer, and more efficient for everyone involved. And we apply the same mindset internally—investing in growth, learning, and strong relationships.
We live by four values:
🔹 Lean into the stretch – Growth is uncomfortable, and that’s where the magic happens.
🔹 Foster belonging – Inclusion and collaboration fuel better outcomes.
🔹 Hustle for impact – We move fast and with purpose to create meaningful change.
🔹 Be bravely open – We ask the tough questions and support each other through every decision.
We believe that you grow great companies by growing great people.
