Job Purpose:
Support the marketing team with event planning, admin tasks, and day-to-day operations to help our events and team run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with event coordination, including logistics, communications, and on-the-day support.
- Update and manage marketing documents, spreadsheets, and materials in Google Suite.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and event attendees as needed.
- Track event RSVPs, budgets, and post-event feedback.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
Requirements / Skills:
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Interest in marketing and events.
- Some eary starts
Hours / Term: Casual, 5-10 hours per week until approx Mid October.
Location: Penrose Auckland / Hybrid
