The Opportunity

FileInvite is scaling a proven SaaS platform that helps commercial lenders close loans up to three times faster across the US, NZ, and Australia. We’re seeking a hands-on CPTO to lead product vision, technology strategy, and team development during a high-growth phase.

This is a hands-on role: you will lead strategy while also engaging in architecture decisions, code reviews, and production escalations. You’ll have the autonomy to influence both technical excellence and organisational growth.

Your Experience

Essential:

• 10+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years at CTO/VP Engineering level
• Proven B2B SaaS product strategy delivering measurable business outcomes
• Experience scaling teams through high-growth phases (20–100+ employees)
• Distributed team leadership across multiple locations
• AWS/cloud architecture and SOC 2 compliance experience
• Hands-on technical capability: architecture decisions, code reviews, complex problem-solving
• AI/ML adoption leadership
• Executive presence working with CEOs and Boards

Bonus:

• B2B SaaS in fintech, document management, or financial services
• Mortgage/commercial lending technology experience
• AI/ML in production (LLMs, document intelligence, workflow automation)
• Product management frameworks (Jobs-to-be-Done, continuous discovery)
