First AML Partnerships Executive:
We are passionate about our execution - we work hard to accelerate our revenue growth and deliver amazing solutions for our customers.
….this is where you come in! In the Partnerships role, your week will consist of:
- Roughly 65% of your time will be focussed on maximising revenue generation opportunities - sourcing, connecting and nurturing partnership relationships that deliver leads to our sales team and contribute to the rapid growh of our overall pipe.
- In alignment with the global partnerships strategy you’ll be driving the Australian partnerships growth plan including relationship management, delivering on partnership strategies, enabling end to end campaigns with the help of marketing, managing contract negotiations and supporting regional events
- Work with partners to identify their growth goals and develop plans that outline how First AML will help them to achieve their goals
- Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure you are equipped with ALL the tools to be successful in securing partnerships
- Exploring new ways to accelerate your pipeline generation
- Keeping up to date with the in’s and out’s of the AML market and preparedness for what’s coming around the corner

Desired Skills and Experience
Here is what we’re looking for:
- Curiosity and a hunger to have a successful career in tech partnerships
- You're an absolute people person!
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Great resilience and you have the ability to bounce back from setbacks or rejections
- You’re not afraid to reach out to new leads with the intent to connect and collaborate with them
- You’re high energy and recognise that your activity directly impacts both your results and the wider revenue team’s success
- You have bucket loads of initiative, with an engaging, creative and professional approach to partnerships
