Jobloads is a digital solution that removes the friction workers and growers experience when they work on seasonal jobs together. We’re starting in horticulture, helping growers take control of their labour supply needs and helping workers feel more valued for the work they do. Jobloads gives prospecting workers a free platform to find more sustainable work and choose when, where, and how they work. For growers, Jobloads takes the hassle out of hiring and helps them to scale up their teams during busy times. Our platform is easy to use, all workers are pre-screened, and growers are rewarded with lower fees as they load up their jobs on the platform.
