Lanaco creates value for manufacturers by providing branded, high performance ingredient materials that harness the superb characteristics of natural wool. Lanaco is the new name for what was Texus Fibre. Born out of the entrepreneurial business of Nexus Foams, Texus Fibre was formed in 2011 to create a new generation of functional materials manufactured from wool. Since then, Texus Fibre has been rebranded to Lanaco to reflect the wool origin of its products, its technology space in air filtration and its future as a global ingredient materials supplier. The research and development program is deeply focused on the development and commercialisation of a range of the world's most breathable respiratory filter media, to be used in applications to protect people from the harmful effects of atmospheric air pollution.
