Manifest is a VC-backed AI platform for creative, marketing, and advertising agencies. We’re building tools that prepare creative businesses for the next technology evolution, and we’re looking for great people to join our foundational team.

Role

We’re hiring a Frontend Engineer to own and level up the React front end of our product. You’ll start focused on React and gradually transition toward full‑stack ownership as you ramp up across Swift (desktop), Python (backend), and Node.js (services/tooling). You’ll work closely with product and design to ship polished, reliable features.

What you’ll do

• Build and iterate on product features in React with a strong focus on UX quality and performance.

• Translate product specs and designs into well-structured, maintainable UI.

• Improve the front-end architecture (state management, component patterns, testing).

• Debug issues across the stack (browser, API requests, auth, data loading) and fix root causes.

With experience we’ll transition you to

• Contribute to backend and services in Python and Node.js.

• Make targeted updates to our desktop app in Swift.

• Own features end-to-end: from UI to API to data flows, including monitoring and polish.

Must-haves

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and comfort building in React.

• Great product sense: you care about craft, details, and shipping.

• Clear written communication and ability to work with designers and product.

• Curiosity to learn new parts of the stack (Swift, Python, Node.js) with support from the team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with full-stack development or any of: Swift, Python, Node.js.

• Familiarity with testing (unit/integration/e2e) and performance profiling.
