- Job Title: Operations Associate
- Preferred location: Wellington, NZ. But please don't let the location get in the way of reaching out.
- Salary range: $70-80k NZD depending on experience. Exceptions on a case-by-case basis and determined relative to open compensation standards. Happy to discuss what that would look like for you specifically during our interview process.

The role
We're looking for an Operations Associate to own day-to-day customer support and operations. You'll be the connective tissue between our product, our customers, and our team – making sure advisers love using Marloo and that nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a full-time role designed for exceptional early career professionals who want real responsibility at a fast-moving startup.
What you'll do:
- Customer success: Ensure that advisers using Marloo are set up for success and experience delight when they use the product. Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and make sure every interaction leaves them feeling supported.
- Operations: Keep the machine running. Invoicing, onboarding workflows, internal processes – you'll spot what's broken and fix it.
- Customer insights: Surface patterns from support conversations to the product team. Your observations will directly shape what we build.
- General pitching in: We're building a team of highly empowered doers. Everyone pitches in on the random tasks that pop up along the way.

- Willing to prioritise in-person collaboration. Also able to travel internationally as needed
