Why you'll love working here
We're committed to building products for professional photographers who work with people from all genders, ethnicities, racial and religious backgrounds. We think it’s important that our team reflects the same diverse audience. We're actively working to grow a diverse team and offer:

  • Flexible and remote working options

  • 1 month paid parental leave in addition to government leave

  • 30 hours a week for up to 6 months on full pay following return from parental leave (for both birthing and non-birthing parents)

  • Extended sick leave to support our team to get through the many things life can throw your way.

  • Based in our office on Karangahape Road in Auckland, New Zealand, with the option to work remotely for three days a week. We find it’s important to have time for face-to-face communication, while also allowing some days to work from home, if one wants.

  • Competitive salary commensurate with skills and experience, a 6 monthly review cycle, plus participation in a generous employee share option scheme.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to own the planning and execution of Narrative’s most important growth campaigns.

This role is responsible for turning strategic priorities into well-executed, measurable acquisition moments — coordinating across partnerships, performance, product marketing, CX, and lifecycle to drive meaningful user growth.

This role does not own partnerships, affiliates, socials, SEO, or performance channels. Instead, it brings these disciplines together into campaigns that ship and deliver results.

Why work with our marketing team?

  • You’ll own some of the most visible and impactful marketing initiatives at Narrative

  • You’ll work closely with a senior, capable marketing team

  • You’ll have real autonomy and accountability for outcomes

  • You’ll help scale a product with strong word-of-mouth and passionate users

What You'll Do:

  • Owning end-to-end campaign execution for product launches, seasonal pushes, and key growth initiatives

  • Planning acquisition-focused campaigns with clear signup and conversion targets

  • Turning strategy into campaign briefs, timelines, and execution plans

  • Coordinating inputs across partnerships, performance marketing, product marketing, and CX

  • Working closely with CX on landing pages, lifecycle, and conversion optimisation for campaigns

  • Supporting Narrative’s presence at events and initiatives through campaign-led planning

  • Tracking campaign performance and sharing insights to improve future execution

  • You’ll play a central role in increasing the frequency, quality, and impact of Narrative’s marketing efforts.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Narrative ships more acquisition-focused campaigns each quarter

  • Campaigns clearly contribute to signup growth and learning

  • Campaign execution feels structured, fast, and aligned across teams

  • Senior marketers can focus more on strategy and optimisation, less on chasing delivery

About You

You’ll likely have:

  • 6+ years experience in campaign, growth, or integrated marketing roles

  • A track record of running campaigns tied to acquisition or revenue outcomes

  • Strong project leadership skills and confidence working cross-functionally

  • A data-informed mindset — comfortable measuring impact and iterating

  • Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or creator-led products (photography a plus)

  • Availability to work from New Zealand

Narrative is committed to building AI software that works for people from all genders, ethnicities, racial and religious backgrounds. We want our team to reflect this focus. Research shows that men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, while women and other underrepresented individuals tend to only apply when they check every box. So, if you really love the idea of working for Narrative, and think you have what it takes, please apply, even if you do not tick every box in the job description.

If this sounds like you, please apply with a cover letter and CV directly on SEEK.
