We're looking for someone who can scale our content engine and drive weekly active user growth. We're a close-knit team relocating to Austin. What you'll do:- Own short-form content strategy across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts—from filming to posting to performance analysis.- Work closely with the founder and growth hire #1 to learn the playbook, then scale and improve it 10x.- Drive weekly active user growth—our key metric for the next two years.- Experiment relentlessly based on performance and audience feedback.
