Your work will directly shape how hundreds of thousands of people discover and learn AI skills, and we challenge each other to push the limits of what we can achieve. What you'll do- Own NextWork's short-form content strategy across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts - from filming to posting to analyzing performance.- Work closely with the founder and growth hire #1 to learn our existing playbook, then scale and improve it 10x - you'll be learning what it takes to make content that converts at scale.- Drive weekly active user growth - our key metric for the next two years as we become the undeniable leader for learning AI skills.- Experiment relentlessly - analyze what's working, listen to what people are asking for in comments, and try new things that create sudden growth spikes.
