We are building a world-class finance and operations team and are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to deliver comprehensive and administrative, workplace, operations, and IT-related support to team members across Australia and New Zealand.

• Allocation of IT equipment and maintenance of asset register
• 3rd Party IT provider liaison
• Board meeting coordination including agenda preparation, documentation, minutes, communication and actions
• Manage office supplies and ordering
• Team travel booking support
• Administrative support to assist the day to day running of Onside
