The Role

We’re on the hunt for a proactive Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face guiding new customers through their first steps with Onside – from training and implementation to adoption and handover. You’ll coordinate stakeholders, deliver product training, and ensure every customer journey starts strong.

You thrive on creating seamless experiences, building relationships, and helping people get the most from great software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding – Run onboarding sessions and training for new customers, ensuring they’re set up for long-term success.
  • Smooth Transitions – Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to support handovers and make onboarding seamless.
  • Product Engagement – Use data and insights to monitor customer activation, usage, and project success.
  • Communication & Coordination – Deliver clear updates to stakeholders, track progress in HubSpot, and keep everyone aligned.
  • Drive Referrals – Encourage new customers to spread the word and help expand Onside’s reach.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience onboarding customers and coordinating projects, ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Confident running product training (online and in-person) with a wide variety of users
  • Natural communicator with strong organisation skills and an eye for detail
  • Customer-first mindset – you love helping others succeed
  • Tech savvy, data-aware, and comfortable managing your own priorities
  • A team player who thrives in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments
