Role Description

This is a contract role for a Growth Marketing Lead at Quashed. As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading our growth marketing function to drive performance across customer acquisition and engagement across a range of channels. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing growth marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns with the respective SME, conducting market research, analysing data and insights to improve performance, and collaborating with our small and highly capable team. We're based in Auckland, North Shore.

Qualifications

• An experienced and energetic marketer that can drive business growth
• Prior B2C/D2C marketing experience is necessary
• Experience in developing and implementing growth marketing strategies
• Knowledgeable in digital marketing (Google, Meta, email, SEO, etc.)
• Ability to interpret and leverage data to win new users and engage existing ones
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid, MixPanel, GA etc.)
• Knowledge of the insurance/FS industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in related field
