Your Role

As Implementation Team Lead, you will be instrumental in guiding and supporting a dedicated team of Implementation Consultants. Your role involves ensuring seamless project delivery while maintaining the highest quality of service. In addition to providing day-to-day management and mentorship to your team, you will also manage a portfolio of your own projects, demonstrating leadership and expertise in our solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Implementation Consultants, ensuring effective execution of tasks and alignment with company standards
• Lead by example by managing a select number of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and budgets
• Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, challenges, and strategic approaches to onboarding
• Provide coaching, direction, and leadership support to team members in order to achieve partner, business, and customer results
• Serve as a point of escalation for issues that arise from your team's projects and facilitate problem resolution
• Work closely with sales, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to customer onboarding
• Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and professional development of new team members.
• Contribute to the enhancement of departmental policies and practices.

Your Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership role related to project management or onboarding services.
• Experience of using or implementing another property management solution.
• Client accounting exposure.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on mentoring and motivating.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Ability to lead initiatives and manage projects under tight deadlines.
