Your Role

As the Senior Account Manager, you will be in a revenue-driving position, supporting a dedicated portfolio of our mid-market to large customer segment based in the region. This role is responsible for increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strategic upsell opportunities, cross-sell initiatives, and long-term customer retention. As a trusted advisor, the Senior Account Manager builds deep relationships with key stakeholders, aligning product capabilities with customer goals to drive adoption, satisfaction, and expansion. By guiding customers to expand their Re-Leased footprint, the Senior Account Manager helps unlock greater value and enhance business performance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Proactively negotiate contract renewals, identifying and addressing churn or downgrade risks early through strategic account planning.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across additional products, features, and packages.
  • Act as an internal advocate for the Re-Leased product, helping cross-functional teams understand and articulate our value proposition.
  • Own and develop long-term relationships with key clients, driving customer satisfaction and retention by aligning our solutions with their evolving business objectives.
  • Lead insightful and value-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI, uncover growth opportunities, and reinforce partnership value.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for product enhancements and sharing actionable feedback with Product and Development teams to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Proactively forecast potential retention risk enabling data-driven interventions and strategic planning.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Associate Account Managers, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers to support professional development and elevate team performance.
  • Lead the evolution of AM best practices, contributing to process improvements, playbooks, and strategic initiatives.

Your Experience

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar, delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or Outreach, Looker)
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
  • Commercially astute
  • An understanding of the Re-Leased product and market within which we operate
