Your Role

The VP, Strategic Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for spearheading operational excellence across the organization. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth trajectory of the company by managing core business operations, fostering strategic alignment, and supporting regional VPs in achieving revenue goals. The VP will act as the nexus between customer operations, revenue operations, and strategic projects set to advance the Re-Leased objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive operational efficiency within Go-To-Market (GTM) and customer teams, resulting in optimized resource planning and well-defined compensation/territory plans
  • Improve internal systems usage and reporting accuracy
  • Deliver comprehensive MBR, QBR, and other business presentations, contributing to clear, actionable, and insightful analysis for decision making
  • Enhance strategic communication and clarity across teams, and lead strategic projects with a 1-3 year impact
  • Commercial ownership of existing growth products, such as Re-Leased Pay
  • Increase adoption of AI and technology to boost productivity and tailored regional GTM strategies based on robust market analysis
  • Strengthen performance management for regional VPs, ensuring accurate KPI reporting and global process adherence

Your Experience

  • Proven expertise in operational management and strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for leveraging data in decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management, including methodologies and tools.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations, revenue generation, and customer success.
  • Experience with AI implementation and understanding of its impact on productivity.
